Previously known as our Cloud 9 Scroggin, this heavenly organic treat is a combination cereal, trail-mix and anytime snack. Crafted in small batches over a four-day period it begins by sprouting organic buckwheat groats. This releases heaps of amino acids and unlocks the nutrient riches of this fruit seed. Buckwheat, not being a grain and a close cousin to rhubarb, is high in magnesium, lowers LDL blood cholesterol, and is very suitable for those with wheat and gluten intolerance. Organic sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and linseeds are soaked to remove anti-nutrients. Next the nuts and seeds are blended with raw honey, organic apricots and raisins, organic coconut oil, and shredded coconut. The all organic, all raw coalescence is then dehydrated into a cereal worthy of a triple-yum.

Flaxseeds*, sesame seeds*, sunflower seeds*, lentils*, and whole buckwheat groats* are soaked overnight. The nutrient-rich amalgam is slowly dehydrated for one day. The resulting savoury snack provides protein, essential fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals in a crunchy and tasty cracker. The ancient practice of pre-soaking eliminates naturally occurring phytic acid that binds up nutrients and blocks mineral absorption. Soaking not augments digestibility. Organic rolled oats are blended with organic yoghurt and organic butter then cultured for two days. Organic rapadura, organic vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg are lovingly hand-folded. The granola is slow-baked for 12 hours. The final step fuses organic raisins, organic sunflower and pumpkin seeds, organic raisins, organic apricots, organic shredded coconut, and organic crispy activated almonds for a nutrient-teeming and highly digestible version of the classic.
